July 26-29, 2010, the second annual High-Impact Technology
Exchange Conference (HI-TEC) will be held at the
Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate resort in Orlando,
Florida!
HI-TEC will gather educators from across the country to learn
and benefit from a wide variety of efforts by National Science
Foundation (NSF) Advanced Technological Education (ATE)
Centers and Projects.
ATE Projects and Centers (including MPICT) are organizers and
producers of this event, supported by grants from NSF and
contributions from corporate and industry partners.
With a goal of Educating Americas Technical Workforce,
HI-TEC will consist of one and a half days of pre-conference
workshops and two days of conference sessions and keynote
speakers.
In addition to keynote presentations, meals and expos,
attendees have the opportunity to choose from 17 workshops or
tours and 42 sessions in the following areas:
Advanced Manufacturing Technologies,
Aerospace
Agricultural, Environmental & Energy Technologies,
Biomanufacturing, Biotechnology, and Engineering
Geospatial
Information, Communications, and Security
Learning and Evaluation
Micro-and Nanotechnologies
Optics and Photonics
