15-19, 2009, the Mid-Pacific ICT Center will host an ICT
Faculty Development Week at the City College of San Francisco
Ocean Campus.
This 4.5 day event will provide “train the trainer” sessions
to prepare ICT faculty to teach new courses, pedagogical
tactics like integrating experiential learning into classes,
and technical tools to expand and enhance educational
experiences. Current training track candidates include:
• Cisco Networking Academy instructor training
• EMC Training
• Scenario-Based Learning
• CCC Confer and ICT Instructional Tools
• CREATE Teaching Skills Workshops
• iPhone Programming Using the SDK
• Ethical Hacking

This event is free to qualified ICT educators who may be
eligible for travel cost stipends.
