Reciprocity agreements exist which allow students at College of the Siskiyous in Weed, CA, College of the Redwoods in Eureka, CA and Shasta College in Redding, CA to study at the Oregon Institute of Technology, paying in-state tuition rates.  OIT also participates in the Western Undergraduate Exchange, allowing students outside of Oregon but in the MPICT region to pay 150% of in-state tuition, rather than full out-of-state tuition, saving $7-$9K annually.  More information.
