MPICT Faculty Development Week in Planning
This summer, June 21-25, 2010, MPICT will be hosting its 2nd
annual ICT Faculty Development Week in the San Francisco Bay
Area. Please save the dates!
At last year’s event, more than 50 community college faculty
from the MPICT region got to know each other, learned new
technical material to use in new classes, and learned new
pedagogical skills and tools to improve classroom teaching
and learning experiences.
MPICT will again be offering stipend and expense
reimbursement assistance for qualified community college ICT
faculty attendance.
This year’s 5 or 6 tracks will include VMware certification,
data storage fundamentals and using CCC Confer to improve
teaching and learning in California. |
