Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Educator Resources - California Educational Technology Collaborative (CETC)

 

The California Educational Technology Collaborative fosters collaboration between organizations using technology to educate California's students.

 

The California Educational Technology Collaborative (CETC) is a systemwide technology initiative of the California Community Colleges (CCC). CETC helps maximize the effective application of technology by providing CCC administrators, faculty and staff with services that leverage and share resources, increase funding opportunities, and reduce redundancies.


Want an overview of how technology is being used to improve CCC teaching and learning? Have an innovative idea for using educational technology in your courses? The CETC website is a great place to find out about system-wide projects and sources of funding.
 

Projects and Services

The members of the CETC are CCC systemwide educational technology projects. Through its members and partners, the CETC offers a wide range of technology services, tools and resources. Most CETC services are free to CCC administrators, faculty and staff.

Grant Resources

The CETC assists CCC faculty and staff find and apply for grants that promote the use of technology in teaching and learning. Working with the CETC can also help you establish partnerships with organizations that will improve your chances of impressing grantors with your capability to solve challenging problems.

 

CETC members serve on committees that coordinate educational technology initiatives throughout the CCC system. Areas of focus for CETC committees include Video-On-Demand Planning, Telecommunications & Technology, and System-wide Architecture.
