Career Pathway
benefits employers by providing students who
are motivated and have a background in the
appropriate field. And, Career Pathway students
can be a valuable source for qualified and
experienced permanent employees who are already
familiar with employers’ businesses.
Career Pathway students are assigned to employers
through contracts with the Foundation for
California Community Colleges. Since the
Foundation is the students’ employer of record,
employers also benefit by reductions in
recruiting, record-keeping, and payroll processing
expenses. |
