Development and Delivery of Instruction

3C Media Solutions provides video production and distributions
services for California Community College (CCC) System,
through a grant by the CCC Chancellor’s office. It produces
and delivers content through two channels, provides video,
RSS and podcasting services to faculty and administrators, and
it presents a film and video festival for CCC students.
These are incredibly exciting and valuable services that
educators in ICT related programs in California should be
using!

3CTV
is your California community college television
network! It features a wealth of educational,
informational and entertainment programs
exclusively for the California Community
Colleges. Watch 3CTV on your campus or on your
desktop. All of 3CTV programs are
simulcast FREE on the Internet.
There is also a free
archive of previous webcasts. Colleges can
record a copy of any 3CTV programming for later
classroom use or viewing.

Annual Student Film and Video Festival.

The
3C Community Network is a closed-circuit
satellite channel that provides proprietary and
specialty programming to the California Community
Colleges and affiliated entities. Colleges
throughout the CCC are equipped with satellite
downlinks, allowing them to view this special
programming. These programs are not offered
throughout webcasts. |

The
3CRSS
solution allows faculty and staff of the CCC
System an RSS/Podcasting account FREE OF CHARGE.
When you create an account with 3C Media for RSS/Podcasting
you receive the following: login, password;
storage space on the server; and access to the
Control Panel for creating and sharing your
podcasts. The media files are housed on a server
and are accessed by the account holder through
their control panel. It’s easy to request a 3CRSS
account! Create RSS feeds and podcasts to reach
and engage students! |

3C Media on Demand is provided using a variety
of media, from video to audio technology. With
this solution, your favorite program will be
available with the touch of a mouse or iPod.

provides assistance capturing a special event,
speaker or classroom lecture onto tape. 3C Media
Works can provide full-service video production
