Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Education at Porterville College

Porterville College (PC), is located in Porterville, California, and serves students and communities in the central valley, within three hours of the Pacific or the metropolitan Los Angeles area.   The population of the Porterville urban area is approximately 52,000 persons and that of the surrounding service area is 110,000.  It serves as a gateway to a vast mountain wonderland and recreational area of the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.  PC is a comprehensive community college that provides general, transfer and career education at the undergraduate level, training and services for updating skills in the existing workforce, and basic skills.  Located in Tulare County, PC is part of the Kern Community College District, which includes Bakersfield and Cerro Coso Colleges.
