Mission’s Computer Network Electronics Technology - CNET program in the Department of Technology Studies has two AS Degree courses of study.

Computer Electronics Technology (CET) adds RF theory, A+ certification, programming, and many other related topics to the study of microprocessors.

Computer Network Technology (CNT) provides an-depth study of networking, including routers, router management, wireless technology, network security and many other related topics, all supported by hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art networking laboratory.  For more information, please call (408) 855-5356 or email.

The Design Drafting program in the Department of Technology Studies is divided into two areas of specialization:

Electronic

That means Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Your job is to take input from the electronic engineer and use the skills you will learn in this option to create the CAD documentation that will actually build these circuits.

Mechanical

Today’s mechanical designer takes input from Aeronautical engineers, materials specialists, and many others, and uses a powerful CAD system to create the detail plans that make the parts and assemble the pieces of the final design.
