I understand that applications for admission, scholarship and stipends and expense reimbursements are on a first-come/ first-served, space-available basis. I have read and understand the scholarship, stipend and expense reimbursement policy. If accepted, I agree to attend the entire event. If for some unforeseen reason, I am unable to attend, I will inform MPICT of that as soon as possible, so my reserved space can be made available to someone else. If I do not cancel by June 7, 2010 and I do not attend I agree to pay a cancellation fee of $500.
